- Ensure that all Brand Managers are aligned with company-wide standards, ensuring consistency across projects and teams.
- Monitor and assess the performance of brand management processes, recommending improvements as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to incorporate cutting-edge practices into brand management operations.
- Provide training and mentorship to Brand Managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align brand management practices with overall company objectives and strategies.
