Requirements:
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Ability to create and configure Microsoft 365 tenants and Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive.
  • Good knowledge of Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with on-premises environments implemented through different topologies of Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange Server.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Solutions Architect in a sales or pre-sales role in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong technical expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical people.
  • Proven experience in designing and presenting technical solutions to clients.
  • Experience of selling MSP focused solutions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive the Technical elements of new business, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Understand complex, technical requirements and translate into compelling solution driven proposals.
  • Conduct compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase how our solutions meet clients’ needs, focusing on benefits and value.
  • Deliver webinars and represent CoreView at marketing events.
  • Deliver proof of value exercises that clearly articulate technical and business value to prospective customers.
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners by acting as a trusted advisor and providing support as needed.
  • Serve as a product expert, staying up to date with our SaaS offerings' latest features and capabilities.
  • Contribute to RFP responses by providing detailed technical content.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to estimate costs associated with implementing solutions.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and provide insights into how solutions compare in terms of features, pricing, and value.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and other relevant materials.
