Requirements:
  • Driven professional with proven experience in sales, business development, and client success.
  • Result-oriented leader with a track record of closing $2M to $8M+ in software development/digital services.
  • Ability to drive growth through value creation and building high-quality relationships.
  • Sound understanding of technical trends, platforms, tools, and the overall landscape for engaging customers.
  • Skills in consultative sales and business development, including lead generation and customer satisfaction.
  • Regular prospecting, generating and pursuing leads with a strong executive network.
  • Good storyteller and presenter excited about being a company ambassador.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive growth on a selected territory in the US or EU in alignment with a target quota.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Present Intellectsoft value propositions and services to the client community.
  • Expand Intellectsoft footprint across regions/verticals.
  • Create and support go-to-market strategies to generate, drive, and win new business opportunities.
  • Generate demand and leads through online and in-person outreach.
  • Drive contract negotiations with clients, leveraging internal legal and business partners.
  • Understand client needs, helping match needs with company expertise.
