Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction industry or a related field.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred; however, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Manage a team of at minimum of 5+ direct reports, ensuring team performance and accountability.
• Expertise in sales forecasting, trend analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Experience managing P&L statements and aligning sales activities with financial goals.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, to manage pipelines and track metrics.
• Strong communication skills for internal collaboration and client relationships, with a proven track record of implementing strategic solutions, exceeding sales targets, and driving business outcomes at the executive level.

Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for devising strategic plans and providing direction to enhance profitability and revenue within the assigned area.
• This role encompasses identifying new business opportunities, cultivating and sustaining key account relationships, and supporting newly acquired accounts.
• The candidate will be responsible for training, developing, and mentoring direct reports while ensuring the effective implementation and communication of company initiatives, policies, and procedures to them.
