Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of international regulatory standards.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs or international trade.
• Detailed understanding of global import/export regulations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidelines and policies.
• Proficiency in regulatory software.
• English C1.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed research on regulatory requirements for import/export in new and existing markets.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of import regulations and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to facilitate the import process.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for product registration and importation.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update internal teams and processes accordingly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries and issues.
• Develop and implement compliance training programs for relevant staff.
• Engage cross-functionally with various teams to integrate and execute comprehensive business plans.
