Requirements:
- In-depth product management experience, preferably in a technology or gaming environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in conducting both quantitative and qualitative user research and discovery.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and development, with a willingness to embrace new challenges.

Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers, both existing and potential.
- Conduct both quantitative and qualitative user research to understand user needs, pain points, and preferences.
- Lead in defining the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and supporting metrics required to deliver new features and experiences for Teams, Lobby, and Lobby Finder and closely align them with our Club features and wider 'Community Platform' roadmap.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and product marketing to build experiences that delight users, including writing requirements, participating in team rituals and the like.
- Drive projects, product, and feature launches within the team and with other teams across the Digital Platform.
- Utilise data analytics to prioritize features, measure success, and iterate on product improvements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing and receiving constructive feedback.
