Requirements:
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • 10+ years of management experience.
  • 15+ years of experience with Deltek Costpoint and integrated products.
  • Knowledge of diverse business matters such as IT, Marketing, HR, and other fields.
  • Familiarity with a wide selection of business management software (CRM, Deltek, etc.) and databases.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed work ethic.
  • Aptitude in creative problem-solving.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills.
  • Productive and organized in a remote work environment.
  • 10+ years of experience in Costpoint domains: Accounting, Contracts, Materials, People, Projects, and/or Time & Expense preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience with SAP, Peoplesoft, JD Edwards, UNANET, Fusion, and other business management software preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Office 365 is a plus.
  • Understanding of the full functionality of Microsoft Teams is a plus.
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field preferred, although years of experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Business Applications Team of 7+ professionals.
  • Provide resource allocation for new projects based on correlating SOW requirements to team members' availability and skill sets.
  • Help onboard and integrate new team members.
  • Organize and facilitate recurring team meetings and individual development meetings.
  • Work with clients' escalations to find effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with billing and project management teams on receivables.
  • Provide guidance on team problems and process improvements.
  • Ensure effective training and cross-training of team members.
  • Monitor and provide performance feedback throughout the performance year.
  • Assist team members with workload prioritization and delegate work assignments as appropriate.
  • Support client projects in absence of assigned consultants.
  • Provide insight into project efforts and collaborate with Sales & Marketing Team.
