Requirements:

• 3-5 years of product management experience in tech-forward companies.
• 1-3 years of experience managing a small team.
• Ability to structure problems, develop clear problem statements, prioritize work using business understanding and data.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Design, and Operations stakeholders.
• Demonstrated interest in the healthcare provider/payer/services industry.
• Experience in a regulated industry and ability to navigate regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure internal and external users' needs are served by the Retrieval Operations product.
• Empower the manual retrieval operations team to facilitate the secure exchange of health information.
• Coordinate digital and manual workflows at the core of healthcare information exchange.
• Collaborate with engineers and partners to gather user insights and develop innovative functionalities.
• Contribute to longer-term product strategy and scale components with growth.
