Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in Sales / Business Development /Partners & Alliances specifically ISVs.
  • BA/BS degree, MBA or master’s degree a plus.
  • Strong payments experience specifically in developing partnerships with ISVs that drive revenue.
  • Expertise in aligning value propositions with partners' needs and expectations.
  • Proven sales and partnership experience with SaaS technology and fintech products and services.
  • Strong relationship management / partner development skills.
  • Proficiency in contract negotiation and managing partnership agreements.
  • Ability to convey complex information clearly to different stakeholders.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data related to partnership performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Responsibilities:
  • Incubate, negotiate and operationalize partnerships with industry-leading technology/fintech leaders build, market, and sell.
  • Coordinate the development of internal and external-facing marketing and sales initiatives with partners supporting GTM efforts.
  • Work closely with the One Inc Sales organization to broker account mapping and field-level relationships with technology & fintech partner teams.
  • Represent both the voice of the partner to One Inc and the voice of One Inc to the partner as required to resolve issues and attain success with the customer.
  • Develop expertise with partners current areas of Insurance Industry focus as well as potential areas for expansion.
  • Define and communicate One Incs value propositions to partners teams (alliances, marketing, sales, product & delivery).
  • Work cross-functionally with both partner and internal organizations on a regular basis.
