Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience leading software implementation projects in the enterprise SaaS sector.
• Experience with API or custom ETL integrations.
• Experience in late-startup or early-growth company environments.
• Ability to run and manage multi-party, multi-department projects effectively.
• Strong communication skills at both executive and associate levels.
• Familiarity with project management planning tools like Monday.com.
• Understanding of modern software architecture, SSO, and API fundamentals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop client relationships as the primary point of contact following the sale.
• Create detailed implementation plans while identifying risks and solutions.
• Lead training sessions and regularly meet with clients to assess their needs.
• Configure software per client requirements and ensure thorough testing.
• Manage project work plans and document key decisions and action items.
• Facilitate relationship discussions to manage project scope and expectations.
• Advocate for product enhancements based on client feedback.
