Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management or related roles.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships at all levels.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and personnel record-keeping.
  • Address employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
  • Stay up-to-date with employment laws to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Contribute to strategic HR planning by analyzing workforce trends and developing staffing strategies.
  • Thoroughly investigate employee complaints or disputes and present findings.
