Requirements:

• An undergraduate degree or comparable work experience.
• 1-7 years of relevant, product development experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of relational database systems.
• Experience with web application development and programming best practices.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with multiple programming languages including JAVA, JavaScript, SQL, etc.
• Experience with Crystal Reports or similar reporting software.
• Preferred experience with ARCHIBUS or other IWMS.

Responsibilities:

• Applications development and programming.
• Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software applications.
• Customize business software applications.
• Contribute to the complete software development life cycle.
• Assist with unit testing and quality assurance.
• Analyze customers' challenges and design comprehensive solutions.
• Troubleshoot first and intermediate-level support tickets.
• Perform data management tasks and develop BI solutions.
