• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite; familiarity with Slack and Zoom preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for special events or trade shows.
• Must possess a clean driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• 5-10 years of experience in conventional grocery retailers and the CPG industry.
• Ahold and Market Basket headquarter level experience is crucial.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing all aspects of business related to Ahold banners and Market Basket.
• Create strategies for promotional calendars and cost-effective retailer programming.
• Lead new item presentations to retailers to ensure product launches are effective.
• Gain new distribution and onboard new accounts.
• Create strategies for field teams and partners to optimize sales.
• Work with distributors to ensure timely setup for new item launches.
• Conduct monthly meetings for accurate forecasting.
• Organize marketing activations with trade marketing team.
• Report weekly on retailer status and create presentations for leadership.
• Attend industry tradeshows such as Expo West or Expo East.
