Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or an adjacent/related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of working experience in multifamily or commercial real estate.
• A real estate license will be considered a plus but it is not a requirement.
• Knowledge of the Boston multifamily market.
• Strong communication skills and with an eye-to-detail approach.
• Quick thinker and dealmaker.
• Looking to work on a small, tightly-knit team who is self-motivated to make an impact and take initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Researching and sourcing qualified multifamily owners, operators and assets in the market as strategic targets for our portfolio.
• Creating a business development plan for your market and networking with local, regional, and institutional multifamily firms.
• Pitching Blueground’s value proposition as a multifamily partner and the benefits our product and services offer to developers, investors and management firms.
• Negotiating contracts with our prospective and existing multifamily partners in accordance with company procedures.
• Managing our existing portfolio of properties, including contract renewals, overseeing data integration into our property management system, and any ad hoc analyses and projects.
