Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Professional fluency with the English language.
  • Experience working with Windows Server Operating Systems.
  • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies and security infrastructures.
  • Excellent customer service skills to establish technical credibility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Commitment to customer success.
Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new Enterprise and Mid-Market CrowdStrike Premium Support Customers.
  • Work with customers and account teams to identify and deliver success criteria for the first 90 days.
  • Provide project leadership for new customer implementations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Serve as customer advocate with internal CrowdStrike stakeholders to ensure needed customer feedback is adequately documented and assessed.
  • Engage with customers at all organizational levels.
  • Research customers’ technical issues timely and provide recommendations.
  • Escalate customer issues to management appropriately.
  • Maintain control of the overall resolution for escalated cases, leading cross-functional groups when necessary.
  • Leverage internal technical expertise and create knowledge base content.
  • Identify renewal risk and collaborate to ensure successful renewals.
  • Drive support cases to ensure timely resolution.
