- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the software, SaaS, or retail industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing requirements and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects across various teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering, product, and design teams) to define project goals, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure tasks are completed according to schedule.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and clients.
- Help develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, meeting notes, and status reports.
- Coordinate meetings, both internal and client-facing, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in risk management by identifying potential issues and helping to resolve them before they impact project success.
- Participate in post-project evaluations to gather insights and lessons learned for future projects.
- Maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams to foster collaboration and ensure customer satisfaction.
