  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Technology, Operations, or related business.
  • 10-15 years’ experience managing teams.
  • Ability to analyze supply chain and identify risks.
  • Five years of experience leading senior managers and developing personnel.
  • Excellent planning and project management skills.
  • Proven knowledge of performance evaluation metrics.
  • Computer skills in SAP or similar ERP program, and proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, Access.
