- 1-3 years of experience in a sales development role, ideally in an early-stage or fast-growth company.

- Proactively identify and engage with potential customers through multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.) to create and qualify new business opportunities.
- Quickly adjust to evolving strategies, tools, and feedback to stay ahead in a dynamic startup environment.
- Partner with AEs to develop strategies for penetrating key target accounts and delivering qualified leads.
- Effectively maintain and nurture a healthy sales pipeline, keeping prospects engaged and moving toward conversion.
- Use innovative and unconventional tactics to reach decision-makers and engage them in meaningful conversations.
- Drive your own success by setting and achieving ambitious activity and results goals.
- Accurately log activities in our CRM (HubSpot or similar) to keep track of outreach, pipeline health, and progress.
- Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate Trustmiβs value to prospects.
- Be available to travel and support marketing events throughout the country as needed.
