- Own an individual pipeline target through inbound and outbound prospecting to exceed quarterly targets.
- Execute multi-channel outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and other digital channels.
- Research target accounts using ICPs, buying signals, contact intelligence, and intent data.
- Lead by example through consistent execution and coach teammates on messaging, objection handling, and best practices.
- Support onboarding, enablement, and ongoing skill development for the SDR team.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to develop and execute scalable prospecting strategies and sequences.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to improve lead flow, routing, and handoff processes.
- Maintain reporting dashboards and ensure CRM hygiene and consistent tool usage.
