  • Post-Secondary Education in Computing Science or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role.
  • Expert knowledge of DevOps principles.
  • Experience with Cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Proficiency with DevOps Pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitLab, GitHub Actions).
  • Strong knowledge in Terraform and Ansible (or Bicep, ARM) for Infrastructure as Code.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript for Node.js and web applications.
  • In-depth knowledge in PowerShell.
  • Advanced proficiency in Docker.
  • Experience with container orchestration tools (Kubernetes or Docker Swarm).
  • Understanding of .NET Core, SQL Server, Vue.js, Selenium, and test-driven development.
  • Experience administering in Windows and Linux environments.
  • Ability to manage NuGet/NPM Feeds.
  • Knowledge of Unit Testing and Integration Testing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching team members.

  • Spearhead the planning and implementation of our cloud transformation strategy.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and improvement of DevOps projects and pipelines.
  • Train and mentor stakeholders on Azure DevOps and Git best practices.
  • Advocate for DevOps best practices and provide technical recommendations.
  • Oversee code and documentation reviews and share knowledge among teams.
  • Collaborate with the Infrastructure team to deploy new hardware/software.
  • Troubleshoot issues and support project deployments.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies for efficiency improvements.
  • Document procedures and communicate with team members to ensure best practices.
