- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, IT, or Project Management preferred).
- 5+ years of experience working in Agile environments, with a minimum of 2 years in a coaching or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, principles, and frameworks.
- Agile Coaching Certification (ICP-ACC, CTC, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor teams, facilitating discussions and promoting collaboration.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and navigating organizational structures.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess team performance and provide actionable feedback.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage change effectively.
- Passion for continuous learning and development in Agile practices.
- Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to help prioritize the product backlog and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Identify and address team impediments and challenges to promote optimal performance and deliverables.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging teams to inspect and adapt their processes.
- Train and mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile practices and principles.
- Assess team maturity and capability and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with leadership to promote Agile mindset across the organization and ensure alignment with strategic initiatives.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Agile practices, methodologies, and tools.
