MS, or PhD in computer science or equivalent quantitative fields.
1+ year experience (previous internships or full-time) as ML Scientist; preferably, with hands-on experience building Deep Neural Networks.
A strong academic background in both machine learning (PhD preferred) and software development.
Proficient programming skills in at least one high-level programming language like Python/R/Scala.
Experience with distributed computing (Spark) is preferred.
2+ years’ experience of working with live data (data cleaning, data visualization and modeling) is a plus.
Demonstration of collaboration and teamwork.
Clear documentation, and communication skills, especially to business stakeholders.

Articulate and understand business problems, identify challenges, formulate them as Machine Learning or Generative AI problems, and provide/prototype solutions.
Provide technical assistance to identify and understand key business challenges and opportunities; develop end-to-end software solutions using ML or Gen AI.
Collaborate extensively with internal partners, program management, and engineering teams to ensure that solutions meet business needs, permit valid inferences and have functional feasibility.
Collect and process large volumes of data.
Communicate results in a comprehensible manner to all levels of the company.
