  • Current Sophomore or Junior pursuing a degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Passionate about your work, with a genuine desire to contribute meaningfully and make an impact.

  • Assist in the daily administration and support of the Salesforce CRM platform.
  • Perform data entry, data cleansing, and data validation tasks to maintain the accuracy and integrity of CRM data.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic CRM issues reported by users.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of CRM reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand their CRM needs and provide assistance.
  • Participate in CRM-related projects and initiatives to improve system functionality and user experience.
  • Provide training and support to new CRM users.
