  • Conducting independent research in your area of ownership, design, implement and document solutions, and potentially leading a team.

  • For HRBP, the focus will be on general HRBP duties for our Business teams and building trust with stakeholders.
  • Partner with business leaders and various functional teams on strategic and operational execution including, team effectiveness, change management, organisational design, performance management, retention, engagement, talent and succession planning, professional growth and more.
  • Support managers in identifying and addressing organisational and people issues, removing barriers and increasing engagement and effectiveness across teams in the region.
  • Support the development of HR policies, practices, process, programs and ensure their compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
  • Focus on program managing initiatives to ensure employees are engaged and develop, such as Team Offsites and Employee Engagement Surveys.
  • Manage the U.S. HR Benefits/Policies & compliance for 30+ employees across 20+ states, ensuring competitive benefits and legal compliance.
  • Sample projects include updating the U.S. Handbook with legal compliance across federal and state guidelines.
