  • Working knowledge of Learning and Development, preferably in a BPO Call Center environment.
  • Experience in developing course curriculum, including course maps, content, quizzes, and interactive exercises.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems management.
  • Proficiency in design or authoring tools like Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Absorb Create, Rise 360.
  • Ability to quickly learn business products and processes.
  • Fluency in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong consulting, problem-solving, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Conduct periodic needs analysis with business partners to identify course development needs.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to define key knowledge, skills, and abilities related to learning objectives.
  • Innovate learning products by suggesting new training materials and improving existing ones.
  • Create prototypes, storyboards, scripts, course content, simulations, and assessments.
  • Utilize eLearning authoring tools to build learning materials.
  • Implement interactive online learning models and adult learning principles.
  • Establish best practices for e-learning development and manage LMS administrative duties.
