- Experience in developing course curriculum, including course maps, content, quizzes, and interactive exercises.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems management.
- Proficiency in design or authoring tools like Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Absorb Create, Rise 360.
- Ability to quickly learn business products and processes.
- Fluency in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong consulting, problem-solving, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Conduct periodic needs analysis with business partners to identify course development needs.
- Collaborate with SMEs to define key knowledge, skills, and abilities related to learning objectives.
- Innovate learning products by suggesting new training materials and improving existing ones.
- Create prototypes, storyboards, scripts, course content, simulations, and assessments.
- Utilize eLearning authoring tools to build learning materials.
- Implement interactive online learning models and adult learning principles.
- Establish best practices for e-learning development and manage LMS administrative duties.
