🔍 Mental Health Care

  • Must hold a current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LCSW, LMCH, LMFT) in ID.
  • A Master's degree in a mental health-related field.
  • Experience and knowledge across a variety of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for establishing rapport with patients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively handle a busy caseload.
  • An updated computer that is outfitted with a webcam, audio functionality, and a dependable Internet connection.

  • Evaluate our patients' needs and deliver expert counseling services to support their well-being.
  • Work together with patients to create personalized treatment plans.
  • Be ready to provide crisis management support when necessary.
  • Keep thorough and current records of each patient's progress.
  • Team up and communicate with our fellow healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.

🔍 Mental health care

  • Must hold an active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license in the state in which they reside.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Experience with medication-assisted treatments for mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and other psychiatric diagnoses.
  • Must be computer literate and be comfortable with telepsychiatry best practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

  • Provide psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients.
  • Prescribe and manage medications as needed.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team, including therapists, case managers, and psychiatrists for patient's care.
  • Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests of patients.
  • Review patient's medical history and current medications with them.
  • Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on patient's progress.
  • Document and maintain patient care records.
