- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in specialized training from a four-year college or technical school.
- Minimum of ten years related experience and supervisory experience.
- Thorough knowledge of home building industry relative to required information systems.
- Skills in project management, good knowledge of homebuilding accounting, costing, and purchasing.
- Experience with JD Edwards Enterprise One, CRM software, Microsoft SharePoint, and Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
- Key member of the Application Support Teams including JDE, Envision, and System Integrations.
- Identify and learn additional software applications used by the organization.
- Design and assist in project development, software administration and security.
- Maintain and enhance performance of software and applications.
- Troubleshoot and fix software issues; test and document software applications.
- Train end-users on new processes; provide IT support for compliance activities.
