🔍 Artificial intelligence

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a similar technical pre-sales role, preferably within the AI or software industry.
  • Strong knowledge of CGI and Unreal Engine, with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Expertise in cloud hosting services, particularly AWS, and experience with other cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of fundamental programming concepts and experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++).
  • Familiarity with system architecture, including the design and integration of APIs.
  • Proficiency with all major operating systems: Windows, Mac OS, and Linux.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise in pre-sales activities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our conversational AI solutions.
  • Work with customers to design and implement solutions using established patterns to onboard customers, ensuring successful deployment and integration with their existing systems.
  • Lead customers towards high repeatability, through promoting validated solutions and minimizing non-strategic services engagements, ensuring the use case success and execution quality.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams during the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of our products, patterns, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Research proof of concept solutions that align with customer requirements during the sales process.
  • Create and deliver technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration guides, and API references.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into future product development.
