2-5 years of experience working as a Hair stylist and in salon.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing preferred.
Fluency in French and/or Italian is a plus.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Excellent analytical skills and interest in learning new trends.
Knowledge of influencer trends and the Beauty industry.
Experience using influencer reporting platforms such as Tribe Dynamics/TRAACKR.

💡 Responsibilities

Work with Senior Director and Senior Manager to implement marketing calendars and stylist direction.
Manage production and activation of events, both in person and digitally.
Cultivate relationships via meetings and manage the international database of stylists.
Research new influencers and drive relations with stylists and salon partners.
Support content initiatives outside of NPD mailers and collaborate with teams for targeted support.
