Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience working as a Hair stylist and in salon.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing preferred.
  • Fluency in French and/or Italian is a plus.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and interest in learning new trends.
  • Knowledge of influencer trends and the Beauty industry.
  • Experience using influencer reporting platforms such as Tribe Dynamics/TRAACKR.
Responsibilities:
  • Work with Senior Director and Senior Manager to implement marketing calendars and stylist direction.
  • Manage production and activation of events, both in person and digitally.
  • Cultivate relationships via meetings and manage the international database of stylists.
  • Research new influencers and drive relations with stylists and salon partners.
  • Support content initiatives outside of NPD mailers and collaborate with teams for targeted support.
