Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in a focus business area such as Human Resources.
• 5-7 years of experience managing complex projects/programs with significant budget.
• 2-3 years of experience in agile/team coaching and guiding project teams.
• Strong communication skills in English, with additional languages as a plus.
• Knowledge of project management practices including waterfall and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver the end-to-end project meeting agreed quality and business benefits using suitable methodologies.
• Set up a robust project governance structure, define project scope and key objectives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Implement effective communication, change management, and training plans for stakeholders at all levels.
• Handle project spending, resources, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies while proposing mitigation actions.
• Coach and mentor project teams to strengthen agile methodologies and align with Roche leadership commitments.
