Requirements:

• SQL mastery
• Serious spreadsheet skills
• Experience requesting and reading JSON data from APIs
• Satisfaction in achieving perfectly clean data
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS business models
• Ability to work US-Pacific time
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Comfort in Python (preferred but not required)
• Experience with SaaS finance general ledgers (e.g., Quickbooks, Xero, Netsuite) (preferred but not required)
• Exposure to CRM tools (Hubspot and Salesforce) (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for new customers after signing on.
• Assist in complex, data-intensive implementations.
• Connect new customers to their source data and ensure data cleaning and validation.
• Conduct analyses that maximize customer value.
• Reference clients' CRMs, general ledgers, billing tools, and spreadsheets to ensure accurate ARR metrics, invoices, and accounting revenue.
