• 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in sales and acquisitions.
• Experience with wholesaling is required; novation is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Extremely strong phone skills.
• Must be self-motivated and comfortable working from home.

Responsibilities:

• Contact warm provided leads and qualify the seller's property.
• Evaluate homes for potential acquisition.
• Successfully overcome objections during sales conversations.
