Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of IT Service Management / ServiceNow experience.
• At least 5 years of software development and 3 years of ServiceNow application development.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow CSDM and CMDB.
• Servicenow Certified Systems Administration (CSA) and Certified Application Developer certifications.
• Creative and self-motivated individual.
• Experience in JavaScript coding and building reusable code.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow modules (e.g., CMDB, ITSM).
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow version control.
• Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of SDLC methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and document custom ServiceNow features and applications.
• Translate business requirements into solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage CMDB health, integrations, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Design a reusable workflow framework and improve manual processes.
• Participate in code reviews ensuring high-quality code.
• Execute test plans for quality assurance of solutions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders throughout development phases.
• Provide detailed estimates for assigned tasks and handle incidents as per SLAs.
