Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and improve the efficiency of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Continuously analyze and optimize the sales pipeline to increase conversion rates.
  • Maintain and develop sales data analytics and reporting systems.
  • Generate regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and insights.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to enhance sales strategies.
  • Oversee the selection and implementation of sales technology and tools, including CRM and sales enablement platforms.
  • Ensure the sales team is effectively trained and utilizing these tools to maximize productivity.
  • Work closely with sales representatives to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with finance and sales leadership to create accurate sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust as needed to ensure success.
