  • Portfolio of samples demonstrating writing skills and effectiveness.

  • Ability to grasp and simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Experience with in-app software tools such as Pendo, WalkMe, Appcues.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects strategically.
  • Demonstrated experience increasing product adoption through documentation.
Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure documentation meets customer needs.
