Sr React Engineer

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years focusing on React.
• Strong expertise in React, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front-end development practices.
• Proven experience in developing greenfield projects, from concept to delivery.
• Hands-on experience in integrating React applications with existing systems and legacy architectures.
• Proficient in state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Familiarity with front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, NPM, etc.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL integration.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira).
• Strong understanding of unit testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of greenfield projects from inception to completion.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable React applications.
• Integrate React applications with legacy systems and ensure smooth transitions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, designers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality products.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth delivery and deployment of features.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
