Requirements:

• Must be licensed in RI and MA.
• Must have experience doing Workers Compensation cases in both states.
• Must have minimum 5 years of experience but would prefer 10.
• Must be capable of building and running a workers compensation department.

Responsibilities:

• This is a huge opportunity for an experienced Workers Compensation Attorney.
• Our client currently refers out all of their WC cases and they want to start bringing them in-house and building the department.
• In the first year, this person will have a base salary.
• Once the client is comfortable they are the right person base salary will always exist but they will then be offered a percentage of revenue stream.
• Our client needs someone who is highly organized, has a great understanding of the law, is committed to the clients, can lead a great culture and be a team player and finally, someone who has good management skills.
