Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 5+ years of business development or sales experience in financial services, banking, or technology sectors.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian financial landscape, including compliance regulations.
• Expertise in Corporate and Retail Lending/Islamic finance.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, Loan Origination processes, and Reporting.
• Expertise in SAP (S/4HANA, SAC), Fioneer, Microsoft Cloud, and AWS.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead a new business development team in Saudi Arabia.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
• Provide market intelligence to senior management regarding growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy.
• Monitor sales forecasts and analyze pipeline performance.
• Lead negotiations with potential clients and secure contracts.
• Maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies.
