Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • 10 years of relevant experience; 8 years of additional experience may substitute for education.
  • Knowledge of migration among Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
  • Willingness to obtain a Public Trust Suitability clearance.
Responsibilities:
  • Work with the team to manage changes to hardware, software, and network following VA’s change control process.
  • Install and monitor system configuration tools for compliance and auditing.
  • Evaluate systems and provide migration strategies for SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
  • Conduct gap analyses to identify vulnerabilities and propose solutions.
  • Perform compliance audits and quality assurance tests to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Implement continuous improvement protocols based on audit findings.
  • Deliver semi-annual compliance reports detailing testing methodologies and recommendations.
