Requirements:
  • Be 21 years of age or older.
  • Own a clean, mid-size 4 door vehicle or larger in good condition.
  • Have a clean Criminal Background History for the past 7 years.
  • Possess a good Driving Record with no more than one moving violation or accident in the last 3 years.
  • Be CPR/First-Aid Certified or willing to become certified.
  • Complete and pass Drug Screening.
  • Have an Android or iOS Smartphone or willingness to obtain one.
  • Be willing to be on call Monday through Friday from 4:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Be willing to drive members up to 200 miles.
Responsibilities:
  • Use your own vehicle to drive members of select health plans to their dialysis appointments.
  • Ensure timely and reliable service without providing medical care during transfers.
  • Work as an independent contractor, scheduling work as preferred.
