Requirements:

• Required: Licensed without restrictions as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
• Required: Licensed in CA and the state in which you reside.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a school-based setting or with school-aged children.
• Strong knowledge of diagnosis and assessment practices, treatment strategies, and interventions related to children and their families.
• Telehealth experience preferred.
• Strong technological skills and ability to learn new software and programs.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize key information and tasks.
• Effective and proactive communicator (verbal and written) through use of multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual high-quality, evidence-based mental health counseling and therapeutic interventions to an assigned caseload of K-12 students.
• Conduct initial mental health intake assessments, create individual treatment plans according to student needs and circumstances.
• Conduct clinical screeners and ongoing assessments of student progress.
• Collaborate with the care management team to ensure a successful transition into Hazel services.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely, adhering to established guidelines and requirements.
• May provide consultative telehealth crisis support for school partners or students, as assigned.
