Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical, Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Computer Systems, or commensurate experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of direct work experience.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience dealing directly with EMR systems.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Customer research and survey skills for synthesizing market needs.
• Highly organized and able to manage concurrent deadlines.
• Effective collaboration and influencing individuals across functional areas.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Independent and team-oriented work across multiple teams.
• Ability to develop, document and ensure adherence to technical standards.
• Research and perform analysis to resolve complex issues.
• Understand customer requirements impacting technical solutions.

• Experience in acute care or ambulatory care settings is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Quickly develop a deep understanding of users to deliver an outstanding user experience.
• Use EMR expertise to develop and reform EMR systems for quality customer service.
• Drive operational excellence, meeting with stakeholders for short and long-term solutions.
• Plan, lead, and execute implementations and upgrades, keeping stakeholders informed.
• Solicit customer feedback to inform software development.
• Participate in all phases of the system development life cycle.
• Research, configure, and modify moderately complex information systems.
• Document business requirements and workflows.
• Design, configure, test, and maintain program/application configurations.
• Coordinate testing phases of applications across implementations.
• Support existing functionalities and expand to other Natera groups as needed.
• Develop strong relationships with end-user communities and quickly become a subject matter expert.
