Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional downstream marketing (commercialization) experience with products or treatments sold by physicians in the medical aesthetics or medical device industry in the U.S.
- Proven experience executing marketing campaigns and leading the creative development process including design and copy feedback/direction
- Experience managing a budget and invoicing
- Experience with visual merchandising and social media content
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and development of digital and printed materials
- Lead the development and promotion of digital and print marketing and merchandising materials
- Lead the development and promotion of digital assets to promote brand and awareness campaigns
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager in the development of patient/client education and marketing materials
- Lead the development and promotion of practice marketing and growth education communications and presentations
- Lead the creative development process for assigned marketing projects
- Manage material uploads to Nutrafol provider resource website
- Stay informed on industry trends
- Collaborate with the social media team to develop a social content calendar
- Research and secure partnerships with practice marketing companies
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify, prioritize, and enhance B2B2C marketing materials and communications
- Develop and maintain strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships
- Provide timely reporting to measure KPIs
- Manage budgeting and invoicing for marketing materials
- Support departmental leadership in annual strategic planning and budgeting
