Requirements:

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or similar relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience in the professional industry.
• Must have experience with Performance and usability testing.
• Experience with Selenium using JAVA, JMeter, Appium & Git.
• Experience building and using testing frameworks for release engineering.
• Agile/Scrum experience is a must.
• Exceptionally clear communication with the engineering team.
• Flexible attitude and versatile personality.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop the test automation framework, harnesses and code libraries to enable the team to both use and enhance them across successive projects.
• Provide consultation on complex testing strategies for the Project.
• Take the lead on urgent issues and projects, ensuring statuses are properly communicated and appropriate staffing resources are assigned.
• Provide technical know-how, documentation, and training to test and other business functions.
• Stay up to speed on process, practice, and technology developments to ensure they are brought in-house and enhance the solutions applied to the testing problems.
• Identify what tools and technologies can be implemented, aligning with what is already used across the broader development function and in line with the skill set of the team.
• Possess broad awareness of testing approaches, practices, and techniques to design and deliver the overall testing methodology used by the team.
• Create and validate automated scripts that support the Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipeline.
• Lead in definition and implementation of direction on automation techniques and adherence to standards.
• Apply Testing Lifecycle Management principles in the context of a project.
• Mentor the entire quality assurance team.
• Evaluate candidates for open positions.
