Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Machine Learning/AI, Data Science, or a related field is required; Master’s or PhD preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in machine learning, specifically with generative AI and synthetic data.
• Proven project leadership experience in AI/ML from concept to production.
• Experience in market research or consumer insights is a plus.
• Expertise in generative AI models (e.g., GANs, VAEs, transformers) and synthetic data generation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Strong proficiency in NLP techniques including sentiment analysis and text generation.
• Understanding of global data privacy regulations and ethical AI considerations.
• Strategic thinking and tactical execution abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a machine learning strategy with a focus on generative AI and synthetic data.
• Assist in building the Innovation team, including machine learning engineers, data scientists, and researchers.
• Integrate NLP techniques with generative AI models to enhance synthetic data generation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business objectives.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI and incorporate them into the company's strategy.
• Work with data engineers to build and maintain data pipelines.
• Lead initiatives to develop synthetic data solutions for market research.
• Tailor AI solutions to specific industry needs and provide actionable consumer insights.
• Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Support sales and marketing teams in demonstrating the value of AI-driven insights.
• Drive research initiatives for new applications of generative AI and synthetic data.
