Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing small teams of engineers.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience in building SaaS products.
• Experience with banks, crypto providers, money movement, billing and payment rails, or investment management systems.
• Proven track record of leading diverse and distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Familiarity with React, Typescript, Go, PHP, AWS, PostgreSQL.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
• Collaboration mindset focused on business impact.
• Comfortable in a high-paced Agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the technical roadmap for the team in collaboration with the PM and product roadmap.
• Manage and improve systems to maintain high service availability to customers.
• Enable the team first, ship personal projects second.
• Organize execution processes like cycle planning and retrospectives, ensuring effective engagement with the company.
• Assist engineers in their career growth.
• Cultivate a team culture of trust and psychological safety.
• Collaborate with Recruiting to grow the team.
• Coordinate resolution of production incidents.
