Software Engineer - Platform Engineer

Requirements:

• A deep passion for infrastructure, scaling, and devops.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or similar roles.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, Go, or Ruby.
• Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and related technologies, such as Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, or Ansible.
• Experience with SOC2 and other compliance frameworks and standards, such as FEDRAMP, NIST, ISO, and PCI.
• Experience with high side environments, or other classified or sensitive networks, and related security protocols and procedures.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Permanent US resident.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain platform services, components, and tools that support our cybersecurity applications and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with government and private sector standards and best practices for security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.
• Deploy and operate platform systems in high side environments, following strict access and data protection policies.
• Collaborate with other engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand and deliver on customer needs and expectations.
• Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, monitoring tools, and other engineering efficiency solutions.
