Requirements:

• 5+ years experience building professional software with a track record of growth.
• Background in data transformation/analytics or machine learning preferred.
• Full-stack expertise.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and teach others.
• Experience in our tech stack: TypeScript/React, Java/Kotlin, Python, SQL, LLMs, GraphQL, Mongo.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build high-quality, scalable solutions for enterprise businesses with a focus on transformation using GenAI.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AnswerRocket Max, ensuring seamless user experiences that delight customers worldwide.
• Mentor team members by guiding them through design challenges, overcoming technical obstacles, and resolving bottlenecks to drive project progress.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment where clear direction isn't always available—your initiative and communication will be crucial.
• Engage with customers, executives from outside of engineering and other leaders from within the development team, providing key insights that drive product decisions.
