Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience leveraging Python for scripting, automation, data analysis, data engineering, or data science.
• At least 3 years of experience in life sciences, either in Biopharma, bioinformatics, or vendor space.
• Ability to understand technical products and communicate effectively with product management and engineering.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and project delivery confidence.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Translate scientific data workflows into a practical solution leveraging the Tetra Data Platform.
• Own, scope, prototype, and implement solutions including data structure design and lab software integration.
• Conduct interviews with customers to understand their scientific and business requirements.
• Ensure solutions fulfill customer needs, communicate progress, and deliver demos to stakeholders.
• Lead sprint-planning and facilitate project retrospectives while assisting in roadmap prioritization.
