Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in the State of California.
• 3+ years of litigation experience required.
• Federal court practice is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of rules of evidence and procedure required.
• Excellent written and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail required.

Responsibilities:

• Draft case management orders.
• Organize and analyze case information.
• Provide reports to carrier.
• Draft motions, including motions for summary judgment and discovery motions.
• Make court appearances as necessary.
• Respond to written discovery.
• Efficiently conduct legal research.
